These terms and conditions are covered by UK consumer protection legislation, and shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, English law, and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales. Unless otherwise specified, the materials on this site are directed solely at those who access this site from the United Kingdom mainland.
Contract between us;
To purchase goods through our website, you must provide all the information requested, including your name; payment details; the address at which debit/credit card is registered; delivery address; email address and telephone number.
We reserve the right to decline all or part of any order. You are deemed to have read and accepted our terms and conditions when submitting your order and are required to tick a box acknowledging you have done so.
Subscription is a service that allows you to purchase our Refill Bag (in selected products) on a recurring monthly or bi-monthly basis. The subscription will run for as long as you have selected unless you tell us otherwise. 30 days from the day you first placed the subscription order, we will process another payment for the next instalment. Once this payment has been approved your next refill bag order will be automatically processed and dispatched according to the subscription option you selected. You will receive an email indicating that your repeat order has been processed & also when it has been dispatched. We cannot guarantee the flavour you selected for your subscription will be in stock on the date its time to dispatch your recurring orders. In the event it is not in stock we will let you know via email notification. You will be given the option to either wait for it to restock or choose an alternative flavour.
Subscription payments are processed on our website via PayPal on our payment gateway. PayPal accepts payments from your PayPal account (if you have one) and all major Debit/Credit Cards.
If the instalment payment gets declined your next refill bag order will be put on hold and we will contact you to make you aware.
You can amend your subscription at any time. You can also cancel your subscription at any time. You are required to give us at least 14 days notice to make any amendments and at least 30 days notice to cancel.

2017 Holiday Closing Dates
We will be Closed between Mon 25th & Tues 26th December as well as Mon 1st January 2018 for the Holidays. Orders received between 3:01 pm Friday 22nd December and Tues 26th December will not be dispatched until Weds 27th December. Orders placed between these times and dates with Next Day (UK Only) selected as the delivery option will not receive their order until Thurs 28th December. Orders placed on Monday 1st January 2018 will not be dispatched until Tues 2nd January 2018. Orders placed on this date with Next Day (UK Only) selected as the delivery option will not receive their order until Weds 3rd January 2018.
The cut-off time to guarantee same day dispatch is 3 pm (GMT Standard Time). Although we offer a next day delivery for UK orders, this only applies to orders that are placed between Monday to Thursday and prior to the 3 pm cut-off time. Orders placed on a Friday will not arrive with you until Monday the following week as we do not offer a Saturday delivery. Orders placed on Saturday & Sunday will not be processed and dispatched until the following Monday and will arrive with you the following Tues. Orders placed after the 3 pm cut-off time will not be processed & dispatched until the next working day.
Delivery times quoted are estimates only, and we shall not be liable for any delays caused except to the extent caused wilfully or negligently by us. We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address which you specify in the checkout procedure. However, the time for delivery will not be essential to the contract between us and those stated in the delivery method at the checkout. If you do not take delivery of the products or supply inadequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.
If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
Please note that should we be unable to deliver your item (nobody home or address incorrect) or your item is returned to us after a number of failed delivery attempts our courier will leave a card and you must contact them within 4 days.
Our offices & warehouse is open Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm.
Returns & Refunds
We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the point of sale. Please note we must be notified within 13 days from the point of sale, your intention to return. You can do this by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you can fill out our return request for by clicking here.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened (the seal must be intact) and in the same condition that you received it. Returns will not be accepted if lid seal has been broken.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition. The cost to return any items will not be covered by us. Therefore customers wishing to return items must pay for return shipping at their own expense.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Please allow up to 5 working days for your payment to go through. If 5 working days has passed and the payment is not in your account, please contact your bank provider or Paypal. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund payment, please contact us at email@example.com
All prices shown are in pounds sterling. Prices include VAT where applicable, but exclude delivery charges. We accept most major debit and credit cards using the Paypal secure payment gateway. Your data is dealt with by your bank via this gateway and we recommend that you enroll for your banks card protection scheme such as ‘verified by visa’ or ‘mastercard secure’ which protects your card data with your own password. This prevents unauthorised use of your card details for fraudulent internet purchases. No credit or debit card details submitted online are stored by us once your order has been processed. We also accept payments by PayPal.
Data Protection and Privacy
She Supps is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information you supply to us lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. When paying by debit or credit card, you specifically authorise us to exchange relevant information with your card provider for the purpose of authenticating your identity, validating your card, and requesting authorisation of the transaction, and you consent to the processing of such information.
It is our policy NEVER to sell, or otherwise disclose your details to third parties under any circumstances. We may occasionally email you with news of promotions or new product launches, but if you prefer not to receive such offers, you can email us to remove your email address from our file. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to the address above. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible at the above address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
We may send you promotional codes from time to time – to use, enter the code into the promotional code box on the basket page, click recalculate and this will add the relevant discount to your order. Only one code can be used per order. Each promotional code has an expiry date. We reserve the right to cancel any order which abuses or exploits any promotional code.
We accept no liability for any information or content contained in third party websites which link to or from this website.
