Standard Tracked IS a tracked service. If you choose this service once your order leaves our warehouse you can request a tracking number by emailing logistics@shesupps.com.

Next Day (UK Only), Next Day Pre-12:00 (UK Only), Saturday (UK Only)  & Express (Outside UK):

Next Day (UK Only), Next Day Pre-12:00 (UK Only), Saturday (UK Only) & Express (Outside UK) ARE all tracked services. If you choose this service will will automatically receive an email with your tracking information, so there is no need to request this from us.

Shipping Costs are calculated at the Checkout once you have input your shipping address. The above shipping options will then become available.

Try Before You Buy to Prevent Returns

We created the Taster Packs to let you try our supplement before you purchase a Jar. The cost to return any items will not be covered by us. Customers wishing to return items must pay for return shipping at their own expense. We, therefore, advise all our potential customers to try the Taster Pack first.

Return General Info

To be eligible for a return, your item must purchased within the last 14 days, be unopened (the seal must be intact) and in the same condition that you received it. Returns will not be accepted if lid seal has been broken. For more info see our Returns Policy.
